We are two developers from Denmark building Auro Pictures. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Content

You own all images and files you upload. You grant us permission to host, distribute, and run AI inference on your content to provide our services (like galleries and search). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload this content.

2. Our Liability

We are not liable for any data loss, revenue loss, or other damages. We use reliable providers like Backblaze and Cloudflare, but accidents happen. Please keep your own backups. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Backblaze (storage), Cloudflare (delivery), Resend (email), Google (login), and Sentry (error tracking). Their terms also apply where relevant.

4. Termination

We may suspend your access if you violate laws or abuse our service. You can stop using our service at any time.
